Up until December 2023 we have had a total of 172 people living with us:

Today we have 30 people living with us:

The home opened in March 2005 (although it was not fully built) and by October we had a total of 77 people
living with us (52 children and 25 relatives). The majority of the donations then went to renovate and build the home.
26 of these people (15 children and 11 relatives) stayed with us for tsunami related reasons and then moved out,
the others stayed with us for other problems. 15 children and 5 relatives then moved out in 2006. During 2005 and
much of 2006 we had many children staying with us together with adult relatives so we hired more staff.
2006 - 31 people moved in, 27 children and 4 relatives.
2007 - 2 children moved in and 3 children and 4 relatives were able to move out.
2008 - 1 child moved in and 5 children and 1 relative were able to move out.
2009 - 7 children and 1 relative moved in and a boy was born with us. 15 children and 3 relatives were able to move out.
2010 - 1 child moved in and 16 children and 4 relatives were able to move out.
2011 - 10 children moved in and 6 children were able to move out.
2012 - 2 children moved in and 6 children were able to move out.
2013 - 3 children moved in and 5 children were able to move out.
2014 - 3 children moved in.
2015 - 11 children moved in and 2 children were able to move out.
2016 - 4 children moved in and 2 children were able to move out.
2017 - 4 children moved in and 8 children were able to move out.
2018 - 2 children could move out.
2019 - 1 child moved in and 1 child could move out.
2020 - 2 children moved in and 2 children could move out.
2021 - 2 children moved in and 2 children could move out.
2022 - 4 children moved in.
2023 - 3 children moved in and 2 children could move out.
